General rules for using bonuses:

Bazivip is not responsible for the following:

• Loss of password or account compromise due to the member's own negligence
• Missed bets or interrupted games due to loss of internet connection
• Delays caused by third-party payment servers (issues on bKash or Nagad's end)
• Financial losses resulting from the member's own gaming decisions
• Temporary service disruption due to unexpected technical issues

If a dispute arises over any transaction, bet outcome, or bonus, please follow the steps below:
